The staff were all delightful, my room was comfortable and a good breakfast was served. There were many different types of people staying there, tourists, Moroccans and families.It was very city centre, lots of traffic but it did not keep me awake at night. I could walk to the medina, mosque and lighthouse. The sounds from the mosque were beautiful. The staff were very helpful getting me taxis and suggesting where to eat.

All staff at Winsor Hotel City Center are very friendly and helpful. I would like to make special mention about Adil at the Front Desk who made my stay very pleasant and helped me in guiding the routes how to move around the city to reach different places I needed to visit for the purpose of my trip to Casablanca. I would like to mention about Yasser too for his friendliness and helping attitude in this regard. All the staff who prepared and served Breakfast are very caring.

The helpfulness of the staff at the counter was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we ran into severe traffic problems as we were trying to get back to the airport and if it had not been for the help. We would not have made our connection. We very much appreciated this as we did their helpfulness in general and directing us around the immediate location. The property is located in a very central place with access to all the immediate restaurants and sites. Highly recommend and great value for the price.

Hi there, I wanted to reach out and share my recent experience at your hotel. I must say, I had a really great time! The staff was amazing and made my stay truly enjoyable. Huge thanks to Fouzai, Karima, Hanane, and Mr. Hassan for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The staff was very helpful and nice, the room was very comfortable, especially the beds. There was a mini fridge where we could keep our drinks cool, as well as a working ac. The breakfast was very good, a mix of European and Moroccan dishes/pastries.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Excellent location for the main city centre right at the roundabout. Most importantly, it's worth the price. Breakfast was OK.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel , Everything was perfect , clean and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location. What truly stood out was the manager's professionalism and respect. He was always available and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.
